The Influence of Leadership Style, Infrastructure, Work Motivation, and Work Culture on Teacher Performance at MTsN 1 Jember

Abstract
This research focuses on leadership style, infrastructure, work motivation, and organizational culture at MTsN 1 Jember. Educational institutions like this are highly suitable for implementing effective leadership styles, infrastructure, work motivation, and positive organizational culture. A school principal, in executing their leadership role, must adhere to certain standards, including those at MTsN 1 Jember. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the partial effects of leadership style, infrastructure, work motivation, and organizational culture on teacher performance at MTsN 1 Jember, as well as to determine and analyze the simultaneous effects of these factors on teacher performance at the school. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with 45 teachers as respondents. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of the research show that leadership style has a significant partial effect on teacher performance, infrastructure has a significant partial effect on teacher performance, work motivation has a significant partial effect on teacher performance, and organizational culture, however, does not have a significant partial effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, infrastructure, work motivation, and organizational culture do not have a significant combined effect on teacher performance at MTsN 1 Jember
