Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan bidan desa melalui edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dan mindfulness guna meningkatkan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan bidan desa dalam program pelatihan intensif. Program ini mencakup materi tentang kesehatan reproduksi, teknik mindfulness, dan aplikasi praktis dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dan mindfulness secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap profesional bidan desa. Selain itu, program ini juga berdampak positif pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan bidan desa melalui edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dan mindfulness merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan di daerah pedesaan
